how to get there?

Go to South Bus Terminal (If you’re in Cebu City).
This is the main terminal for buses heading south to Oslob/Bato.

Take a southbound bus to Oslob / Bancogon.
Look for a Ceres Liner or Sunrays bus with route “Bato via Oslob.”
Tell the conductor you’re going to Bancogon (Oslob) — that’s where the resort’s boat pickup point is.
Travel time: ~4–5 hours from Cebu South Bus Terminal to Bancogon/Oslob.
Fare: ~₱170–₱250 (depends on AC/non-AC bus and service).

Arrive at Bancogon Pier (Oslob).
This is the mainland point where boats depart for Sumilon Island.

Take a boat to Bluewater Sumilon Island.
Standard boat ride from Bancogon to the island is about 7–15 minutes.
There are scheduled departures (e.g., 08:00, 10:00, 12:00, 14:00) if you’re using the resort’s boat schedule.
If you’re going on your own (not included in a package), you can ask local operators for a shared boat or arrange transfers — but check availability and fees ahead of time.

Alternative (Private/Direct)

Private van or taxi from Cebu City → Oslob might be faster and more comfortable but will cost significantly more than the bus. We can arrange that for you, you may email us at plan@meetcebu.com.

You can also arrange transfers directly with the resort (sometimes including van + boat) when you book your stay or day pass — inquire with Bluewater Sumilon.
