🚌 By Bus (Most Popular & Affordable)
Go to Cebu South Bus Terminal (near E-Mall).
Take a bus bound for:
Bato via Barili (faster) or
Bato via Oslob (scenic but longer)
Tell the conductor you’re going to Moalboal / Panagsama.
Travel time: 3–4 hours
Fare: around ₱170–₱220
You’ll be dropped at Moalboal town proper. From there:
Take a tricycle to Panagsama Beach (₱50–₱100, 10–15 minutes)

🚐 By Van (Faster)
From South Bus Terminal or nearby van terminals
Direct vans to Moalboal (when available)
Travel time: 2.5–3 hours
Fare: ₱300–₱400

🚗 By Private Car / Taxi
Route: Cebu City → Talisay → Carcar → Barili → Moalboal
Travel time: 2.5–3 hours
Cost: ₱3,000–₱4,000+ (one way, depending on provider)
